The Main Settings of the My Profile screen allow you to update your username, password, nickname, email and phone number.
If you update your email, a verification email will be sent to the new address.

Cloaked: if you are cloaked, no one can see your location. You can turn this on as a quick way to hide from everyone, without having to manually stop all QuickShares and Stop Sharing Location with each friend. You can also toggle this value from the main Map menu.

Auto-Post Location: By default, Snikkr Mobile posts your location to your Snikkr account every 60-120 seconds. If you don't want Snikkr Mobile to send your location to your Snikkr account, you can deselect this option. It is recommended that you keep this option selected.

Location (GPS) Tracking: This setting controls when Snikkr uses the GPS and Cell Location to determine your position. The default is When Out of Holster. With this setting, Snikkr will keep track of your position while you are using your BlackBerry, but will stop tracking you whenever the BlackBerry is holstered. This makes your battery last much longer. If you are sharing your location with friends, and want them to know where you are all the time, you can select Always. This option causes Snikkr to track you even when your phone is holstered.

You can also change your tracking mode from the main Map menu.

These options allow you to control when Snikkr contacts you by email. We recommend that you leave "About Updates" selected.
